If you have physical and mental fatigue, lack of energy, lack of will and,\u00a0sometimes, aversion to exercise, anger, eating disorders (anorexia or compulsion) sleep\u00a0disorders (insomnia or hypersomnia &#8211; which refers to either excessive daytime\u00a0sleepiness or excessive time spent sleeping), mood changes, decreased immune status,\u00a0loss of endurance strength and\/or low results in other activities, even if not sport related,\u00a0you may be entering a situation of Overtraining, explains Dr. Muzy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danichristoffer.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/04\/Dr-Paulo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-667 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.danichristoffer.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/04\/Dr-Paulo.jpg\" alt=\"Dr Paulo\" width=\"387\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/danichristoffer.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/04\/Dr-Paulo.jpg 640w, https:\/\/danichristoffer.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/04\/Dr-Paulo-300x293.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These symptoms are already signs that your body is asking you to listen to it. The\u00a0moment that fatigue overcomes the will, or the moment that a person has no more the\u00a0same pleasure or joy that he or she initially had to work out, it is time to step on the\u00a0brake.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a warning, as the case may worsen, and the person, even the physically fit, loses the\u00a0ability to perform daily tasks as he or she did before. According to Dr. Muzy, the\u00a0Overtraining can interfere with the psychological part of a person, especially those\u00a0people who are more susceptible, such as smokers, people treated with benzodiazepines\u00a0(tranquilizers) and antidepressants, alcoholics, people with hypothyroidism, an\u00a0endocrine disorders, and hypogonadism (failure of the sex glands, called gonads, and\u00a0that can affect both men and women).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, it is better to be pay attention to the recommendations of your coach, nutritionist,\u00a0and doctor. We, by ourselves, may not always be able to evaluate if we have been\u00a0overdone it. So, try to count on the help of a professional. It is fundamental to find the\u00a0right spot. &#8220;Listen to your coach, your dietitian and your doctor. They will not establish\u00a0your routine randomly. And food supplementation not only helps prevent many\u00a0problems as well as treat those problems &#8220;, says Dr. Paulo Muzy. The training, the\u00a0practice of sport or physical activities of high impact are important for the well-being,\u00a0and it is the key to good health. Of course, you should do everything cautiously.
