Do you\u00a0remember those\u00a0foods that, because your everyday\u00a0routines are\u00a0left aside since they require frequent buying and proper hygiene? Well, now they will end up in the soup, which according to nutritionist Larissa Cohen, can be considered a detox food because it has many minerals and vitamins that are involved in the formation of enzymes that are able to assist in the detoxification of the body.<\/p>\n<p>Besides that, the Green Soup also helps in preventing and controlling iron deficiency anaemia\u00a0due to iron and\u00a0folic acid\u00a0deficiencies.<\/p>\n<p>This soup can be consumed by anyone without restrictions. Only those who are using anticoagulant medications\u00a0should seek medical advice.<\/p>\n<p>The most common ingredients in this soup are: cabbage, spinach, broccoli, basella, celery, onion, and leek, choko (chayote) etc. And it can include a protein such as chicken breast or muscle meats\u00a0as well.<\/p>\n<p>Now comes something interesting: for a more anti-inflammatory action, you can add a little green tea at the end. Larissa\u00a0Cohen<\/a>\u2019s recipe:<\/p>\n<p>Detoxifying soup &#8211; Green Soup!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0teaspoon of grated ginger<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0cloves of crushed garli<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0large\u00a0chopped onion<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0and a half tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0saucer of grated turnip<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0saucer of chopped red cabbage<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0branches of celery with chopped stalk<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0saucer of chopped parsley<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0sheets of shredded kale<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0saucer of chopped cauliflower<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0saucer of chopped broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0chopped zucchini or chayote (chopped)<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0liters of ready brewed green tea (green tea: 2 teaspoons\u00a0of\u00a0dehydrated herb in 2 liters of water).<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<\/p>\n<p>Place in a pan the coconut oil with the onion, garlic and ginger. Fry slightly. Place the remaining ingredients, stir-fry and add the green tea ready strained. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Your Green Soup is ready!
