The Corro\nCom Ela<\/em><\/strong> (I Run With Her) Project <\/em><\/strong>came into existence a little\nover a year ago, with the purpose of supporting and encouraging all women,\nregardless of race, color, creed and age, to get out of sedentary lifestyle.\nBut men are also very much welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nTeam is made up of four women, with different professions: I, Dani Christoffer – Journalist, Joana Romoff –\nLawyer, Ju Faria – Administrator, and Fernanda Bernardo – Physiotherapist, who,\ntogether, complete each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Each of us, with our own history and profession, but all of us, with the help of running, have found  the strength to feed our souls, overcome obstacles and help others.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In\n2020, Corro com Elas<\/em><\/strong> signed a contract with Adidas\nand became an Adidas Runners Community in Rio de Janeiro, a project that takes\nplace worldwide. And since then, it conducts free weekly training and brings\nhundreds of people into this healthy chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
